The work is practical by design: company checks, partner search and outreach, communication and follow-up, visit and trade fair support, and recurring China-side coordination.
Why Befeus exists
Information about China is increasingly easy to obtain. Market summaries, company names, regulatory overviews — all a search away.
Practical work still requires local execution: confirming that a company is what it says it is, calling in Mandarin, visiting a factory, following up until something actually moves. Most companies don't need — or want — to hire a team in China for that.
Befeus exists to do that practical part, with support tailored to the scope of each task.
How Befeus works

- Clearly defined scope. Every task gets a written scope, a realistic timeline and an agreed quote. Work starts only after you approve.
- Practical execution. Calls, checks, visits and coordination, carried out in China.

- Honest boundaries. If a task needs a licensed professional, we say so early and can help coordinate one. If we're not the right fit, we'll say that too.

Shanghai, China — UTC+8. Shanghai is our base for on-site work; other Chinese locations can be supported by arrangement. Calls are scheduled to overlap with your working day wherever we can.
